Tags: China Economy Currency

I came across an article in the on-line version of the british newspaper 'The Telegraph', that talks about how China is starting to threaten the United States to sell of their enormous stock pile of US bonds etc.

Of course this is coming at a convenient time when the markets are already a bit skittish because of the developments in the American housing market with the sub prime stuff.
If they make good on their threats they may well end up sending the world economy into a nosedive.
